  • Asset Based Financing

Beside normal Lease structures mostly provided by financial institutions, Flight Dynamics via its partners is able to provide so called Asset Based Financing structures where the Lease is guaranteed with the asset itself, in this case the aircraft. Asset Based Financing allows Lessees an easy entry to acquire aircraft with a minimum of administrative burden and avoidance of extended KYC (Know Your Customer) as well as Due Diligence procedures.

  • Wet Lease

A Wet Lease can be considered as an exclusive charter agreement where the Lessee is renting the plane with the entire operation. The only difference to an exclusive charter is the Lease Term which is in a Wet Lease Agreement between 1 to 24 months. All other cost positions as such as fuel, catering, hotels and accommodation, landing fees, etc… will be charged additionally or the services will be managed by the Lessee. In all these variants the Aircraft is operated under the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) of the Lessor or the Lessor’s Operator.

  • Dry Lease

A Dry Lease is the pure rental of the aircraft itself from a Lessor to a Lessee. Therefore the Lessee will assume full operational and financial responsibilities of the aircraft. Beside the monthly fee to be paid to Lessor, the Lessee also pays a Security Deposit of 3 to 6 month depending on the aircraft, the Lessee’s background, and the region the aircraft will be operated. The Security Deposit will be refunded after the aircraft is returned to Lessor. Our Dry Lease product include AMI Aircraft, Maintenance, Insurance.

  • Operator Lease

An operator Lease is basically a rental agreement between an aircraft owner (Lessor) which can be a bank, a private entity or a company and a Lessee. Depending on the Lessees operational need the aircraft can be leased in different ways as the Lease Term can be adjusted to the Lessees requirements.

  • Finance Lease

In a Finance Lease the Lessor will assume legal Ownership with the last installment payment of the Lease. Typically the Finance Lease requires a 20 to 50% down payment of the aircraft value and has most of the time at the end of the Lease a residual value to be paid (Balloon Payment) before the title of  Ownership is transferred. Typically Finance Lease Terms are between 4 to 7 years.
